Breastfeeding is a journey, and it’s completely normal to have questions along the way. From latching and nipple pain to blocked ducts, pumping discomfort, and even “Mother’s Thumb”, many new mums experience challenges that often go unspoken.

To mark World Breastfeeding Week, our Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Certified Lactation Consultant, Kelly, answers some of the most common breastfeeding questions she receives. She also shares practical tips on breastfeeding and pumping ergonomics to help reduce neck, shoulder, back, and wrist pain—making feeding more comfortable for both you and your baby. We hope this video gives you the confidence and support you need as you navigate your breastfeeding journey.
